De Pientere Tuin app heeft een simpele privacy policy. Samengevat:
- Je Pientere Tuinen API key en de data van je sensor worden alleen lokaal op je telefoon opgeslagen.
- Je hebt geen account nodig om gebruik te maken van de app.
- De app deelt geen gegevens en bevat geen tracking.
- Je kunt de sensordata via de app verwijderen.

Information you (might) provide
Depending on the individual settings of your device and the permissions you grant when you install and use the app, Pientere Tuin may request and collect the following data.
API Key. The Pientere Tuin app requires your API key to function
Sensor data. The Pientere Tuin app requests the data of your sensor via the Pientere Tuinen API to display it to you. This data includes moisture percentage, temperature. And if available, soil type, garden location, garden orientation, garden size, gardening hardening percentage.

Support. When you contact me for support, any personal data you may share with me is kept only to research your request and follow up on your case.
Your rights
Choice and consent: By providing personal information to me, you consent to me collecting, holding, using and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. If you are under 16 years of age, you must have, and warrant to the extent permitted by law to me, that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to access and use the app and they (your parents or guardian) have consented to you providing me with your personal information. You do not have to provide personal information to me, however, if you do not, it may affect your use of the app or the products and/or services offered on or through it.
Restrict: You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information. If you ask me to restrict or limit how I process your personal information, I will let you know how the restriction affects your use of the app or products and services.
Unsubscribe: To unsubscribe from the e-mail database or opt-out of communications (including marketing communications), please contact me using the details below or opt-out using the opt-out facilities provided in the communication.
Access and data portability: You may request a copy of the personal information I hold about you. Where possible, I will provide this information in CSV format or other easily readable machine format. You may request that I erase the personal information I hold about you at any time. You may also request that I transfer this personal information to another third party.
You can delete your data by removing the app from your device. I cannot delete your data for you since it is not stored it on a server, it's only stored on your device and optionally in your personal iCloud drive.
Correction: If you believe that any information I hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact me using the details below. I will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date.
Notification of data breaches: I will comply laws applicable to me in respect of any data breach.
Complaints: If you believe that I have breached a relevant data protection law and wish to make a complaint, please contact me using the details below and provide me with full details of the alleged breach. I will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of my investigation and the steps I will take to deal with your complaint. You also have the right to contact a regulatory body or data protection authority in relation to your complaint.
Limits of this policy
The app may link to external sites that are not operated by me. Please be aware that I have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices.
Changes to this policy
At my discretion, I may change this privacy policy to reflect current acceptable practices. I will take reasonable steps to let users know about changes via the app or app delivery service. Your continued use of the app after any changes to this policy will be regarded as acceptance of the practices around privacy and personal information.
